ARMONEEY ("we," "us," or "our") operates armoneey.com. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you join a waitlist, complete a purchase, or contact us. We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How We Use Your Information

• To process purchases and deliver products
• To send order confirmations and relevant communications
• To notify you about product availability if you've joined a waitlist
• To improve the site and understand how it's used

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

Digital Sanctuary Records

ITERUM lets you submit a separate, selected copy of results to ARMONEEY. Nothing is submitted by the former evidence-preference checkbox. Before sending, you review the exact content and choose private product review or anonymous public use. Public permission covers only the submitted copy, including any statement you deliberately enter. Your account identity is retained privately to manage permission; it is excluded from public use. Submitted results are self-reported and are not automatically published.

You can withdraw permission through Account → Evidence permissions, including after product access ends. Withdrawal removes the submitted content from the active database and stops future permitted use. We retain the submission reference, account link, permission version and dates as a permission record. Provider backups may retain earlier copies until they expire. We will remove any public use we control after reviewing withdrawal; copies already received by others cannot be recalled. Your private instrument work is unaffected.

When you are signed in, your instrument answers and progress are saved to your account through Supabase so you can return on another device. A local copy is also kept in your browser. Work created without signing in stays on that device until you choose to add it to an account.

These records are used to restore your work and provide the product. Public use of your words or results requires your explicit permission. You can request a copy or deletion through our contact form. Signing out clears the active record from the interface; account-specific browser backups remain on the device until its site data is cleared.

Email Communications

Website email subscriptions and the NOARIUM waitlist are separate requests. Each requires email confirmation before its welcome and return sequence begins. Buying a product or creating an account does not automatically enroll you in either sequence. Substack subscriptions are separate.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also use our contact form to request removal. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; account access and purchase delivery emails remain separate.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

• Netlify — website hosting and private email-signup records.
• Cloudflare — secure product delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing (see Payment Processing above).
• Formspree — delivery of contact-form submissions to us.
• Resend — account email delivery, confirmed website email subscriptions, and NOARIUM waitlist email sequences.
• Supabase — account authentication, purchase ownership, and private instrument records.
• Google Analytics — understanding site traffic and usage.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Reddit Pixel — measuring the performance of our advertising.
• Substack — Transmissions and subscriptions made directly through Substack.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and, where you allow it, for advertising measurement through the Meta and Reddit pixels. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before loading analytics and advertising cookies, and you may decline. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide products, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The site's email-signup ledger removes email addresses after 30 days through daily maintenance. It retains a hashed request identifier and outcome to prevent repeated signups from restarting a sequence. Resend keeps the contact record and unsubscribe preference needed to manage your email subscription.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
